A high-profile private household in Primrose Hill is seeking an experienced and meticulous Live-out Head Housekeeper to join their 18,000 sqft residence. The property includes 8 bedrooms, a gym, swimming pool, antiques, and an extensive art collection. The family of four, including two grown-up children, require a polished professional with a strong eye for detail and 5-star hotel standards. This is a live-out position, and applicants must be able to commute daily to the property. The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring the home is spotless, well-organised and always fully prepared for the family, whilst respecting their privacy and maintaining a discreet presence. There is no cooking required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Daily housekeeping across all areas of the home to a 5* hotel standard
  • Turn down service and evening routines
  • Laundry care, including fine fabrics and wardrobe management
  • Managing household stock and inventories
  • Taking rubbish out in the evenings
  • Supporting the family with any ad hoc requests to help ease daily routines
  • Helping with food preparation and setting up tables for dinner parties
  • Friday evening shift expected, including late clear-up following dinner
  • Staff are expected to maintain discretion and remain out of the way after 17:30

Requirements:

  • Experienced in UHNW households or 5* hotels
  • Skilled in handling luxury wardrobe items and delicate fabrics
  • Impeccable attention to detail and housekeeping standards
  • Strong organisational skills and initiative
  • Well-presented with fluent English
  • Non-smoker
  • Discreet, polite, and respectful of household boundaries
