The Live Oak Bar Manager is responsible for the overall customer experience and satisfaction in Live Oak. The Live Oak Manager also oversees a team of employees and is responsible for training, performance reviews and disciplinary process for the department. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Live Oak Manager to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
Two to three years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
Strong business acumen
Strong knowledge of wine/beverage program
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
Nice to have:
Knowledge of MICROS preferred
