Live Oak Bar Manager

• Responsible for the overall customer experience and satisfaction in Live Oak
• Oversees a team of employees and is responsible for training, performance reviews and disciplinary process for the department
• Flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

• Two to three years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Strong business acumen
• Strong knowledge of wine/beverage program
• US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location

Knowledge of MICROS preferred
