An experienced and compassionate Live-in Nanny is sought to join a busy, hands-on VVIP family in Los Angeles, caring for two children under four years old. This is a shared-care role, with both parents actively involved, offering an exceptional opportunity for a playful, nurturing, and adaptable professional to make a meaningful impact on the children’s early years. The family enjoys a dynamic lifestyle with regular travel, so the successful candidate must be flexible, travel-ready and comfortable providing consistent, attentive care in a variety of environments. The role prioritises gentle parenting, fostering curiosity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in a warm, supportive household.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide attentive, safe, and loving care for two children, including a toddler and an infant
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate routines and educational/play activities
  • Support a shared-care approach with parents, while confidently managing sole-charge moments
  • Travel alongside the family when required, both in the US and internationally
  • Maintain a calm, consistent, and gentle parenting approach, prioritising emotional wellbeing and developmental growth
  • Light nursery duties, including tidying play areas and managing children’s laundry
  • Occasionally assist with evening or weekend care, with time off in lieu
  • Integrate seamlessly into a pet-friendly household

Requirements:

  • Proven experience caring for children under 4, ideally in a UHNW/VVIP setting
  • Gentle, patient, and nurturing approach
