Live-in Nanny / Housekeeper

• Set up breakfast and supervise the toddler in the early morning
• Support with bath and bedtime
• Carry out daily meal preparation for the little girl
• Support the child’s development through play, storytelling, music, and outdoor activities
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the child and general tidiness
• Maintain the child’s play areas and nursery – ensuring toys are clean, safe, and well-organised
• Pack and unpack for the child when travelling, ensuring essentials are always available
• Assist with child’s laundry, folding and putting away clothing neatly
• Monitor child’s routines (naps, meals, changes)
• Help settle the child for naps or bedtime, especially during travel or when routines shift
• Run occasional errands related to the child, such as picking up supplies or groceries
• Keep stock of child-related items (wipes, nappies, snacks, etc.) and flag when replenishment is needed
• Support during family outings or travel, helping with packing, supervision and general logistics
• Create a calm, positive environment and model good manners and gentle communication

• Experience working with toddlers in a similar position with a private household/luxury setting
• Right to work in EU/Swiss Passport
• Comfortable preparing simple, healthy meals with/for a young child
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• A fluent English speaker
• Discreet, trustworthy, and happy to roll up sleeves as needed
• Experienced in travelling with a family

Ability to speak Tagalog is an advantage, to support collaboration with other staff

Accommodation is provided in all locations, including your own bedroom (with a shared bathroom with the baby in Switzerland), and your own bed and bathroom in New York and while travelling
