Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Live-in House Manager to support an UHNW and their luxury residence near Ramatuelle, St Tropez. This is a discreet and multifaceted role requiring a professional who thrives in a structured yet dynamic private household. The ideal House Manager will be calm, highly organised and quietly confident, with proven longevity in previous roles and a commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Liaising with domestic staff to ensure seamless day-to-day household operations
  • Coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure high standards and timely completion of work
  • Planning and assisting with social events, dinners, and private functions
  • Supporting with business and legal research, as required
  • Managing travel arrangements, including bookings, reservations, and itineraries
  • Handling personal errands and lifestyle management duties for the Principals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar combined House Manager position
  • EU Passport/Right to work in France
  • Proven longevity in previous positions
  • Fluent in English
  • Impeccably discreet and professional with a calm and composed demeanour
  • Proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused
