Job Description:

Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking a friendly and confident carer to support a young, active gentleman with a C4/5 spinal cord injury (tetraplegia). He enjoys good company, laughter, and being part of daily life—making this a truly enjoyable and fulfilling opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and daily living activities
  • Provide support with spinal injury care and encourage independence
  • Observe and record the client’s health status, and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Arrange transportation for appointments, outings, and travel when required
  • Assist with personal care, dressing, bathing, food preparation, transfers using chest support, and light household duties
  • Observe and record the client's health status
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living
  • Ensure the client's safety
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Notify clients of changes in medications
  • Arrange transportation for client appointments
