Are you a compassionate and experienced Live-In Carer / Personal Assistant looking for a rewarding role? Join Paragon Home Healthcare and support a client living with a spinal cord injury (SCI). This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a positive, “can-do” attitude who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and care team throughout.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver person-centred personal care and mobility support
Support daily routines, community activities, and engagement
Assist with safe transfers and day-to-day living tasks
Help with household organisation
Maintain accurate care records and communicate any changes

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS check (or online sign-up)
References
Full UK driving licence
Positive, reliable, and respectful
Energetic and comfortable with an active routine
Confident driving and accompanying the client
Happy supporting both personal care and daily tasks
Flexible and adaptable to individual needs
