As an award-winning live-in care provider, we are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and professional individuals to join our esteemed team. With a focus on personalised support and companionship, you will play a crucial role in enabling our clients to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

Job Responsibility:

Flexible Work Patterns: Choose from 2 to 12-week placements, with average working hours of 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours per day, optimising work-life balance
Travel Support: All UK travel expenses are covered whilst on placement, keeping you mobile and stress-free
Local Placements: We aim to match you with clients within a 50-mile radius of your home (if UK based), minimizing travel impact on your time off

Requirements:

A passion for providing high-quality, personalized care
A positive attitude and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of our clients
Excellent communication skills
Eligibility to work in the UK

Nice to have:

Previous care experience is advantageous but not essential for those with the right attitude and willingness to learn
