Radfield Home Care specialises in personalised care for older people in their own homes, a forward-looking, family run business that sets the standard for what care can do. Radfield Home Care Team Derby are looking for a team of live-in Care Professionals who are passionate about caring for people in their community. A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide personal care and mobility support
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, housekeeping, and shopping
  • Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor health and report any changes or concerns
  • Accompany clients to appointments or activities when needed
  • Maintain care records and follow care plans
  • Communicate effectively with families and professionals
  • Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality standards
  • Specialist care, such as support with dementia or end of life care

Requirements:

  • Over the age of 18
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Evidence of being fit and safe to work, including proof of relevant training in core care subjects
  • Hold own enhanced DBS check and appropriate insurance
  • Complete in-house induction day
  • Role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references
