Job Description

Join Paragon Home Healthcare and support a client living with a spinal cord injury (quadriplegia) who leads an active and creative lifestyle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, community engagement, and making a genuine difference every day. You’ll support a respectful, friendly client who enjoys exercise and staying active, music and creative projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include personal care and mobility assistance, driving to activities, appointments, and social outings, basic household tasks, supporting daily organisation and independence. Full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and care team throughout.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver person-centred personal care and mobility support
  • Support daily routines, community activities, and engagement
  • Assist with safe transfers and day-to-day living tasks
  • Help with household organisation
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate any changes

Requirements
