Job Responsibility

Assist with washing, dressing, showering, and personal care
Support continence care, including one night-time pad change
Prepare balanced meals to support weight gain
Maintain a clean, tidy, well-organised home
Provide gentle, minimal support for the client’s wife post-operation (approx. 30 mins/day)
Encourage independence and follow a calm, structured routine
Observe and record wellbeing and ensure safety
Observe and record the client’s health status
Assist with activities of daily living
Maintain a safe and clean living environment
