Live In Care Worker

Tetra Live-in Care (TLC) is recruiting motivated and empathetic personal assistants to join our team of trained staff as Home/ Live-in Care Workers. In return, you will earn a starting salary of £945 per 7-day shift plus an £77 food allowance (£11 daily ). We specialise in the 24-hour live-in care of clients with spinal cord injuries. Our clients are based across the UK, but mainly in London and the Southeast. The company's ethos is to provide quality care to our clients while investing time in supporting them and our excellent team of assistants. Our focus is on providing person-centred care, and we work closely with our personal assistants to develop positive working relationships with those we look after and within the TLC team. Our staff enjoy working at TLC and feel valued and supported as they work for us. Our small agency has been running since 2013, offering bespoke care packages for our clients. The founder, who has a spinal cord injury himself, has had 25 years working closely with personal assistants and understands the benefits of having a dedicated support network of personal assistants and the importance of having the support of their agency.
