Live-in Building Superintendent

• Maintaining positive relationships with residents
• Ensuring resident requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner
• Building and unit maintenance/repairs
• General maintenance and cleaning of the building
• Administrative duties as required
• Showing of vacant suites as required.
• Overseeing the work of contractors

• Previous general maintenance experience is required (either work or personal experience) – plumbing
• painting
• mechanical
• general repairs, etc.
• Must be handy!
• Strong working knowledge of building systems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional level of professional and customer service.
• Ability to problem-solve and see resident problems through to resolution.
• Reliability
