Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, clarify balances, and document commitments accurately in the designated system
Coordinate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies, credit concerns, and other issues that may delay collections
Maintain organized records of account activity, collection actions, and customer correspondence to support reporting and compliance
Apply established collection procedures consistently while using sound judgment to escalate sensitive or high-risk accounts when needed
