Are you looking for a new opportunity? If you have experience in automotive technical evaluations, then we may be looking for you. We are expanding one of our signature programs and are looking for automotive technical experts who can assist legal counsel in warranty litigation matters concerning automotive technical issues, liaise with legal counsel to coordinate and participate in lemon law seminars and perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes. Your day to day will include local travel to designated dealerships, reviewing technical cases and reporting to legal counsel the findings as well as supporting legal case compilation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in discussions, meetings and act as a subject matter expert
  • Evaluate cases on technical merit
  • Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes
  • Report out on all evaluations and technical inspections
  • Assist legal counsel in warranty litigation matters concerning automotive technical issues
  • Liaise with legal counsel to coordinate and participate in lemon law seminars

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years automotive experience required
  • BA degree or current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered
  • Highly motivated, critical thinker, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver measurable results
  • Ability to travel locally/regionally to dealerships
  • Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel tools
  • Ability to communicate technical information to all levels
  • Ability to analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates
  • Ability to effectively use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment
