Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage litigation support tools to streamline legal workflows
Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and oversee calendar management for case-related events
Collaborate with legal teams to implement effective case management strategies using specialized software
Review and organize legal documents with expertise in Adobe Acrobat to maintain accuracy and compliance
Provide hands-on support in utilizing Relativity for e-discovery and document review processes
Serve as a communication liaison between legal teams and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration
Optimize the use of technology in litigation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Train team members on litigation support tools and software to enhance productivity
Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones
Maintain a structured approach to document organization and retrieval during litigation
Requirements:
Proficiency in Relativity, Caselogistix, Lexis/Nexis, Summation iBlaze, and various internet databases and other litigation support tools
Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat for document review and organization
Familiarity with case management software and e-discovery platforms like Relativity
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with legal teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to train and support team members in litigation support processes
Knowledge of best practices in calendar management and workflow optimization
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
