Our client, a leading law firm in Denver is looking for a 5 plus year experienced Litigation Support Manager to join their team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee critical aspects of litigation support, including eDiscovery and data management, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and firm policies. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and leadership to streamline processes and deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient and cost-effective outcomes
  • Collect and process data from client systems while maintaining defensibility and adhering to best practices
  • Utilize Relativity to process data, set up searches, monitor document reviews, and produce final documents
  • Apply AI-driven tools and advanced analytics to enhance workflows and improve consistency and accuracy
  • Provide training and support to attorneys and staff on litigation support tools and methodologies
  • Prepare detailed reports and metrics for attorneys and firm leadership to monitor project progress
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, client requirements, and legal regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery project management, or data analysis, preferably in a legal services environment
  • Expertise in eDiscovery platforms, particularly Relativity One, and familiarity with machine learning and AI tools
  • Strong understanding of eDiscovery case law and legal principles
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in litigation support and document management
  • Experience in leveraging advanced analytics to improve efficiency and defensibility in legal processes
