Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal / Discovery Specialist to support active litigation matters with a strong focus on collections, data acquisition, and Relativity workflows. Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid – 3 days on‑site). Contract: 3+ months, full‑time. This position focuses on litigation support with a strong emphasis on e-discovery, document collections, and data management workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate data collections, custodian outreach, and collaboration with IT
  • Manage evidentiary data from collection → processing → review → production
  • Work in Relativity to search, tag, organize, and track documents
  • Maintain case materials in SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
  • Support litigation calendars, deadlines, and expert workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years in litigation, eDiscovery, or litigation support
  • Hands-on Relativity experience
  • Strong understanding of discovery workflows and data handling
  • Experience coordinating with IT or forensics teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

  • Build and maintain working knowledge of Everlaw's roadmap, and contribute structured field feedback from prospect and customer interactions to help inform future product direction
