Job Description

A nationally recognized plaintiff‑side class action law firm is seeking a Staff Attorney to support active matters across multiple stages of litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and experienced in discovery and legal drafting, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment. This is a contract position and offers a hybrid schedule with a consistent onsite presence.

Job Responsibility

  • Support class action litigation through all phases, with a focus on discovery
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
  • Assist with document review, discovery strategy, and production coordination
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda in support of case strategy
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and litigation teams to meet case deadlines
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with court rules and firm standards
  • Provide general litigation support as needed across active matters

Requirements

  • Active Arizona license and good standing required
  • Prior litigation experience
  • plaintiff‑side or class action experience strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of civil litigation and discovery procedures
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently in a high‑volume environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to work onsite three days per week
