Job Responsibility:

  • Engage in civil and commercial litigation development, tackling complex legal issues with confidence
  • Handle landlord and tenant disputes, providing sound legal advice and representation
  • Manage land and property actions, ensuring all legal processes are meticulously followed
  • Oversee possession claims, working diligently to achieve favourable outcomes
  • Conduct debt recovery procedures, utilising your knowledge to secure client interests.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage an independent caseload effectively, with unwavering attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with both existing and new clients, as well as with professional connections
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex legal matters clearly and persuasively
  • A proactive attitude towards supporting the department in business development initiatives
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly in using a case management system, to streamline case handling and documentation
  • Commitment to conducting cases efficiently, in line with the firm’s policies and procedures
  • Adherence to Money Laundering regulations and GDPR compliance, ensuring all actions are legally sound and ethically responsible.
