Job Responsibility:

Engage in civil and commercial litigation development, tackling complex legal issues with confidence
Handle landlord and tenant disputes, providing sound legal advice and representation
Manage land and property actions, ensuring all legal processes are meticulously followed
Oversee possession claims, working diligently to achieve favourable outcomes
Conduct debt recovery procedures, utilising your knowledge to secure client interests.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage an independent caseload effectively, with unwavering attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Proven track record of building strong relationships with both existing and new clients, as well as with professional connections
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex legal matters clearly and persuasively
A proactive attitude towards supporting the department in business development initiatives
Proficiency in IT, particularly in using a case management system, to streamline case handling and documentation
Commitment to conducting cases efficiently, in line with the firm’s policies and procedures
Adherence to Money Laundering regulations and GDPR compliance, ensuring all actions are legally sound and ethically responsible.
