A modern and well regarded law firm in Lincoln is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to manage a case load of complex litigation matters, oversee a team, provide necessary training, and contribute to the management team. The role offers hybrid working, free parking, and a competitive salary package.

Job Responsibility:

managing case load of complex litigation matters
overseeing workload of the team
identifying and providing necessary training needs
recruiting for the team
being part of the management team

Requirements:

qualified solicitor
at least 5 yrs PQE
solid litigation experience
previous team management experience advantageous but not essential
