We are working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm, seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Dispute Resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and ambitious solicitor looking to join a supportive team, working on a broad and interesting caseload with a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling a varied caseload
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the team

Requirements:

  • Residential possession proceedings
  • Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Land disputes (e.g., trespass, easements)
  • Contentious probate
