Job Description:

An urgent requirement for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity in Birmingham with a top rated high street law firm. Applications are invited from Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitors at 8 years PQE+ dealing with a broad range of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters. Salary is upwards of £50K and offers a competitive package. Support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a full and varied caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters
Debt Recovery
Tenant and Property disputes
general Civil and Commercial Litigation matters

Requirements:

8 years PQE+
Civil and Commercial Litigation experience
Ambitious and technically strong
