Job Description:

An urgent requirement for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity in Birmingham with a top rated high street law firm. Applications are invited from Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitors at 8 years PQE+ dealing with a broad range of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters. Salary is upwards of £50K and offers a competitive package. Support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a full and varied caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters
  • Debt Recovery
  • Tenant and Property disputes
  • general Civil and Commercial Litigation matters

Requirements:

  • 8 years PQE+
  • Civil and Commercial Litigation experience
  • Ambitious and technically strong
