Job Description:

A prestigious Legal 500 firm based in Guildford is seeking a skilled and experienced General Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
Maintain accurate case records and billing information
Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments relevant to litigation practice

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in litigation
Proven experience handling a variety of litigation matters
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused approach with exceptional communication skills
