Job Description:

The Litigation Solicitor will be: Managing a caseload which includes family and matrimonial matters, a range of civil litigation including property, commercial and employment disputes; Appearing in courts and tribunals, developing strong advocacy skills; Advising clients confidently and conducting legal research on complex matters; Working with autonomy while collaborating closely with colleagues

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in Scotland with 0-2 years' PQE
Experienced or trained in litigation, ideally with some family law exposure
Confident appearing in court or keen to build advocacy experience
Commercially aware and capable of managing files independently
Driven, adaptable and enthusiastic about developing across practice areas
