Job Description

We offer contract, temporary and permanent placement solutions for finance and accounting, technology, marketing and creative, legal, and administrative and customer support roles.

Job Responsibility

  • E-file documents in California state and federal courts
  • Track and manage court deadlines and attorney calendars
  • Format and proofread pleadings, motions, and other legal documents (including TOCs/TOAs)
  • Assist with trial prep: exhibits, binders, and coordination of logistics
  • Schedule depositions and coordinate with vendors
  • Maintain case files and organize documents
  • Prepare correspondence and handle general administrative support
  • Process service documents and proofs of service

Requirements

  • 3+ years of litigation support experience in a law firm
  • Proficiency with CA court e-filing procedures
  • Strong calendaring and deadline management skills
  • Experience with document formatting and trial prep materials
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
