Job Description:

A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation law firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its complex commercial litigation team. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded trial-focused firm handling sophisticated antitrust, class action, and high-stakes commercial matters nationwide. This position supports attorneys in all phases of complex litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. The firm handles substantial, document-intensive matters in federal courts across the country. The incoming paralegal will train alongside a senior paralegal and join an established team of litigation paralegals.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with drafting, cite-checking, and proofreading pleadings and briefs (Bluebooking required)
Prepare and manage exhibits and appendices
Electronic filing in federal courts and via PACER
Organize, analyze, and summarize case materials
Conduct factual research and manage case files
Support all phases of discovery, including: Document review and production
Drafting and assisting with written discovery and subpoenas
Summarizing deposition transcripts and key discovery materials
Assisting with deposition and trial preparation
Track time internally by matter (non-billable environment)

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong background in complex commercial litigation
Experience with cite-checking and Bluebooking required
Federal court e-filing and PACER proficiency required
Experience in antitrust or class action litigation strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Westlaw
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Nice to have:

Candidates from large defense firms, plaintiff-side class action practices, or sophisticated litigation boutiques
Substantial complex litigation experience
