McCarter & English, LLP is seeking a Litigation paralegal for our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, including trial experience. Job Responsibility:
Assisting with drafting documents
Preparing and filing documents via Lexis File and Serve
E-Filing
Organizing and maintaining case files electronically
Creating and maintaining checklists, calendars and timetables for cases and effecting distributions to team members and outside counsel
Trial preparation and support
Drafting and filing various legal documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is required
5+ years of experience in an AMLAW 100 firm or premier litigation boutique
