Job Responsibility

Organize litigation files, case documents, and supporting materials to keep matters moving efficiently through each stage of the legal process
Assist attorneys with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, preparing binders, tracking deadlines, and ensuring materials are ready for hearings and court appearances
Coordinate witness-related logistics, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication to support testimony preparation
