Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a respected Am Law 200 law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex matters from case inception through resolution, with a strong emphasis on eDiscovery and trial support. The position is full-time, direct hire, and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Job Responsibility
Support all phases of litigation, including investigations, fact development, and client/witness coordination
Conduct research (public records, background, arbitrators) and analyze case materials, including timelines and chronologies
Manage large-scale discovery and document review using Relativity and similar platforms
collaborate with eDiscovery teams and vendors
Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, and discovery while performing legal research and cite checking
Prepare deposition summaries using tools such as Opus2 and coordinate filings in compliance with court procedures
Provide trial support, including exhibits, trial binders, and in-court assistance
Mentor and delegate to junior team members or support staff
Requirements
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a law firm or specialized litigation practice
complex commercial litigation required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Hands-on experience managing eDiscovery workflows and large document productions
Proficiency with litigation support tools required (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Opus2, Adobe)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong organizational, research, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
