Litigation Paralegal

• Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously
• Assist with all aspects of trial preparation and logistics, administrative/case management, client reporting, expert retention, and client communication
• Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys
• Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, motions in limine, and other pre-trial pleadings
• Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material
• Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners
• Contemporaneous accounting and submission of personal billable time
• Attendance at trials assisting trial team with all trial related matters
