Litigation Paralegal

• Assist attorneys with discovery processes, including document production and review
• Manage case files and ensure all court deadlines are met
• Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, drafting trial binders, and coordinating logistics
• Conduct legal research and draft summaries to aid in case development
• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Maintain and update case management software with accurate and timely information
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Experience with Insurance Defense and/or Coverage Litigation matters in Washington state
• Understanding of Washington state superior and district court procedures
• Prior experience handing discovery and drafting discovery documents
• Proven performance as a remote employee
• Washington resident, preference for those within an hour of Seattle
