Litigation Paralegal

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and subpoenas
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
• Assist with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and settlement materials
• Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines
• Communicate with clients, experts, vendors, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Conduct factual research and assist with medical records and damages documentation
• Support attorneys throughout the life cycle of active litigation matters

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a civil litigation setting
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court filing requirements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco office five days per week
