Job Description:

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a respected boutique commercial litigation firm in Century City in its search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This contract-to-hire role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team and gain hands-on experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters. The firm handles complex cases involving construction defect, habitability, personal injury, premises liability, real estate litigation, and business disputes.

Job Responsibility:

Support attorneys by assisting with all aspects of discovery, including organizing and managing documents and evidence
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and discovery responses
Assist with trial preparation, organizing exhibits and witness lists, and coordinating trial logistics
Conduct fact and legal research as needed
Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation
Experience preparing discovery, drafting legal documents, and supporting trial preparation
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient with legal research and litigation support technology
Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Century City as part of a flexible hybrid schedule
