Litigation Paralegal

• support up to 3 attorneys
• focus on plaintiff side wage and hour class actions and employment law matters

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal handling litigation matters
• Complex and/or multiparty litigation experience
• Experience e-filing in multiple Washington county court systems as well as federally through PACER
• Experience drafting motions, discovery and trial prep documents
• Experience supporting cases up to trial, although in-trial support experience is not required but desirable
• Software proficient on eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, use of case management software, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
• Skilled in time management, communication and legal writing and research
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment as well as collaborate with a team
