Job Description:
Our client, a leading litigation firm is looking for a 4 plus years experienced litigation paralegal to join their complex personal injury practice at their Jackson Hole office location. The civil litigation paralegal will have 3 plus years of legal experience to assist attorneys with all aspects of file and case management, as well as some office administration. Responsibilities associated with this full-time position include e-filing, docketing, calendaring, drafting correspondence and motions, calendar management, making travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned by attorneys. The necessary skill set requires competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; and excellent organizational skills. Strict attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills, be able to work independently and as a team member, and communicate effectively with co-workers, attorneys, and clients. They should also possess strong working knowledge of state court rules and procedure. After the successful completion of a 90-day probation period, the firm will provide the option to convert the role to a hybrid position. There will be times where exceptions to this schedule will be necessary to meet the needs of the job (i.e. in-person assistance with critical deadlines, meetings, and trial preparation).
