Job Responsibility:
Manage state and federal court filings
Assist attorneys with discovery, document review, and case management
Prepare and organize exhibits, pleadings, and litigation binders
Coordinate depositions, subpoenas, and case calendars
Support attorneys in managing complex litigation matters
Requirements:
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong experience with court filings in state and federal courts
Hands-on experience managing discovery and litigation documentation
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with expertise in both federal and state court procedures
Proficiency in case calendaring and managing deadlines manually
Strong knowledge of court filing processes and legal documentation standards
Certification or attestation as a paralegal is required
Familiarity with case management software and other legal tools
Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery, including document review and production
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
