Litigation Paralegal

• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness files, and jury instructions
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy
• Summarize depositions, medical records, and expert reports
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and filings
• Provide end-to-end litigation support from pre-trial through verdict

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Preferably in personal injury or plaintiff-side practice
• Strong knowledge of discovery procedures and trial preparation
• Proficiency with case management software and e-filing systems
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work hybrid in Walnut Creek (onsite presence required 3 days a week)
