Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client's dynamic legal team in their San Francisco office. You will play a critical role in case preparation, document management, and trial support. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting attorneys in complex litigation matters.

Job Responsibility:

Manage litigation case files from inception through resolution, including organizing pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence
Draft and proofread legal documents such as subpoenas, interrogatories, deposition summaries, and trial binders
Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including document production and review
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
Assist in trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibit preparation, and courtroom logistics
Maintain and update case management systems and ensure compliance with court deadlines
Liaise with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court rules
Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and document management systems
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
