Robert Half is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support a busy team within a large firm. This role would support multiple attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
Job Responsibility:
Draft, format, and revise legal documents, correspondence, and case files with a high level of accuracy using Microsoft Word
Organize and maintain litigation records, ensuring that documents are filed, tracked, and easily accessible for the legal team
Assist attorneys with case preparation by gathering supporting materials, reviewing records, and coordinating deadlines
Support work related to complex litigation matters by managing documentation and helping keep case activity on schedule
Conduct basic legal and factual research to help attorneys develop case strategies and respond to ongoing matters
Communicate with internal stakeholders, court personnel, and outside contacts to facilitate the flow of case information
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Paralegal in a legal or corporate environment
Hands-on exposure to complex litigation and the ability to support multiple active matters
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document formatting, editing, and version control
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed records and competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a workplace setting
High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail when handling sensitive legal information
