Job Description:

Reputable mid-sized defense firm has an immediate opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This firm offers competitive salary + benefits and hybrid remote work. Responsibilities include eDiscovery management, litigation support, and case management.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the entire eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review, and production
Utilize industry-leading eDiscovery platforms to efficiently review and analyze large volumes of electronic data
Conduct advanced searches, identify relevant documents, and create targeted productions
Collaborate with IT and legal teams to develop and implement effective eDiscovery strategies
Assist attorneys in all phases of complex litigation, from case intake to trial
Prepare and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and analysis
Manage document production and privilege reviews
Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation and witness coordination
Maintain detailed case files, including electronic and paper documents
Track deadlines, calendar important dates, and generate timely reminders
Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel to ensure timely responses and document exchanges

Requirements:

Experience with Case Management Software
Ability to use CompuLaw
Understanding of Billing Functions
Expertise in Calendar Management
Excellent Communication skills
Experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Knowledge of Ediscovery
Experience with Discovery processes
ABA Paralegal Certificate required - must be local to Los Angeles
