We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegals to work on-site in New York City with our client, a leading global IT company. You would support attorneys across a variety of litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle discovery, case management, and general litigation support.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full discovery process, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests, coordinating document productions, and maintaining privilege logs
Provide comprehensive litigation support including legal research, deposition preparation, trial preparation, and post-trial filings
Oversee matter and case management, including organizing case files, maintaining litigation calendars, and tracking deadlines
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate handling of litigation matters
Maintain and organize litigation records, filings, and correspondence in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle discovery and case management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
experience with litigation support software and document management systems
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience working in a large law firm or in-house legal department supporting litigation and corporate legal matters
Familiarity with labor & employment (L&E) litigation and board governance processes a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders
Proficiency in managing litigation databases, e-discovery platforms, and case tracking systems
