Job Description:

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join its in-house litigation team. This contract position, starting in early September and continuing through early March 2026, will report to the Head of Litigation & IP and collaborate closely with the Senior Litigation Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates a positive and adaptable mindset, and builds strong, collaborative relationships across teams.

Job Responsibility:

Provide full-scope support for in-house litigation matters
Manage litigation matters, document organization, and litigation hold processes
Support discovery collection, review, and production
Maintain matter and document management systems
Collaborate closely with in-house attorneys, litigation program manager, and cross-functional partners
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Contribute to process improvements within the litigation function

Requirements:

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including matter/document management, litigation holds, and discovery support
Proven end-to-end litigation case management experience
Hands-on with matter/document management systems, litigation hold administration, and e-discovery workflows
Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Positive, adaptable mindset and ability to pivot priorities as needed

Nice to have:

In-house litigation paralegal experience at a technology company
Direct experience coordinating with outside counsel and cross-functional business teams
