Job Description:

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in civil litigation and thrive in a dynamic legal environment. This is a fully in-office role that offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and contribute to the success of a growing law firm.

Job Responsibility:

Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, including drafting and reviewing legal documents
Manage the discovery process, including organizing and analyzing documents and evidence
Coordinate trial preparation activities, such as preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
Maintain and update case files using case management software to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support case strategies
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to facilitate case progress
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements and filing schedules
Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other court filings
Provide administrative support during trials, including taking notes and managing exhibits

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation paralegal role
Proficiency in managing discovery and trial preparation processes
Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules
Familiarity with case management software and legal document management systems
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
