Job Responsibility:
Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial support
Draft and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
Organize and maintain complex case files, exhibits, and evidence using document management and eDiscovery software
Manage court filings and track case deadlines
Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
Previous experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
Proficiency with case management, eDiscovery software, and knowledge of local and federal court filing procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability—skills that support effective use of new legal technologies, including AI-driven tools
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Paralegal certification or relevant education preferred
