Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic commercial litigation team, ideally based in Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. This fully remote position involves supporting attorneys with cases spanning state and federal jurisdictions nationwide. The ideal candidate will excel in managing deadlines, filings, and case workflows in a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive support for commercial and business litigation cases in both state and federal courts
  • Coordinate electronic filings and ensure compliance with jurisdiction-specific requirements
  • Track and manage case deadlines, maintaining an organized and accurate calendar system
  • Assist in case management, including organizing materials, monitoring case progress, and updating attorneys on status
  • Prepare litigation-related documents, such as discovery responses, filing drafts, and service paperwork
  • Deliver responsive day-to-day support to attorneys working remotely, ensuring seamless communication and task execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in an active legal practice
  • Proficiency in managing case deadlines, calendars, and organizational systems
  • Hands-on experience with state and federal court filings
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new court systems, filing platforms, and jurisdiction-specific procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and responsive approach
  • Experience with commercial litigation or complex civil litigation is strongly preferred
  • Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred

Nice to have:

  • Experience in courts in the following jurisdictions is a plus: Delaware, Wilmington, DE
  • Chancery, New Jersey, Illinois, Cook County, Chicago, IL
