Litigation Paralegal

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft detailed memoranda and complaints
• Manage e-discovery processes, including document collection, coding, and production using tools like Relativity
• Ensure accuracy in cite-checking and formatting legal documents to meet court standards
• Track and manage discovery deadlines, ensuring compliance with case timelines
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and drafting trial-related documents
• Maintain effective communication with clients, co-counsel, and team members to address case needs
• Coordinate case-related project management tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and task prioritization
• Provide analytical support using Excel and PowerPoint to present case data and findings
• Collaborate with the team to handle challenging situations with professionalism and discretion
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is securely managed

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and familiarity with cite-checking and Bluebooking
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all work
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues
• Experience with document collection, review, and production processes

Familiarity with Relativity software is highly preferred
