Job Description:

New opportunity! Atlanta law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a fabulous team. You will handle a variety of commercial litigation cases through all phases of litigation including trial preparation. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performing legal research
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • E-filing with state and federal courts
  • Calendaring and managing docket
  • Assisting with discovery
  • Preparing deposition materials and summaries
  • Preparing trial notebooks and exhibits
  • Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings

Requirements:

  • At least four years of experience as a billable Litigation Paralegal in a law firm
  • Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills are required
