Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post‑trial activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post‑trial support
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses
  • Manage document production, e‑discovery, and document review using litigation support platforms
  • Coordinate and track discovery deadlines, court filings, and case calendars
  • File documents with state and federal courts (including e‑filing systems)
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, deposition transcripts, and trial binders
  • Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and vendors as needed

Requirements

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm or in‑house)
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules of court
  • Experience with discovery, e‑discovery platforms, and document management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
