Litigation Paralegal

• Assisting litigation group in multiple matters through all stages of litigation
• Reviewing, cite-checking and preparation of court filings
• Assistance with filing and service of documents and all aspects of discovery
• Maintaining production and deposition indexes and general case organization
• Updating production databases and assistance with preparing document productions
• Preparation for and attendance at trial
• Provide support and work closely with senior paralegals and attorneys

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in IP or civil litigation as a paralegal
• strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects calmly and confidently in a friendly, fast-paced team environment
• detail oriented and have good word-processing skills
• experience should include electronic court filing, motion practice, cite-checking, formatting of pleadings for filing, and familiarity with all aspects of discovery
• computer skills should include Microsoft Office Suite and basic document processing

Experience with Relativity and/or other discovery databases is a plus
